Sorry this picture is cruddy, it's from my phone...Anyway, I think some Asian gave me SARS, because *cough* this is *cough* get- *cough* get- *cough* getting ridiculous! *cough cough cough cough*  I spent my entire class hanging out in the bathroom and coughing. I would go in the hall, but there was tons of sleeping students (as always)...so in the bathroom I stayed.

Dan went ice skating with me and Ashley today. Seriously. DAN went ice skating. He's good, I don't know why he doesn't enjoy it...

Happy Birthday Jenna...again. Telling the bishop it was your birthday during ward prayer three months ago granted a little snicker. Singing "Happy Birthday" to you with the entire Harry Potter 7 audience at the Scera two months ago was pretty funny. Having the Iggy's people join in on the "21st" birthday celebration last months was a ball. But this, THIS has stolen the cake. Thank you Texas Roadhouse!

January 20th

These pictures are terrible, because in real life my sister looked a ton different.
Also, I know my hair is in my face and defeats the purpose...heh.

Makeover my butt. No, my butt did not get a makeover, but my sister won a "bridal makeover" and let's just say that I am highly disappointed. Admittedly, my skin is really soft, but that's about it. I mean I look pretty much the same. No hair. No Stacy and Clinton. My hopes were high as a kite. My sister, who never EVER EVER EVER EVER wears make-up, looked really good. And, in the end, it's a bridal makeover. She's the one that needs to look gor-g-ous. And she does.
Oh, and don't think I hated it. It was still super fun.

PS: I totally learned my first jump in figure skating today. POUND IT. It's really simple and if you wanna see a chubby gay guy doing the same jump click here, skip the first ten seconds.

January One and Seven

I was sitting in my room today, bored, and I realized something incredible. My room is so awesome. It is SO awesome. I should be on a HTC Hot Rooms on a Budget with Sizzling Nikole or Rooms for Cheap with the Sexy or Beauty and the Beastly Rooms...Okay, I'll name it later. Anyway, my grandma, bless her heart, basically gave me $50 to redecorate my room (about three years ago). Essentially, that paid for paint...The rest was all me, baby! Okay, done bragging.

Boring boring day. LONG boring day, but I have been working on the ol' guitar. We'll see how that goes.

11:11 1/11/11

I had my first cooking and piano classes. We made some really good food, and my teacher stole one of my cookies before they were done because they "looked so good". :D My piano class is a bit too easy...really easy, but oh well. Here's the things we made today! (my favorite is the Streusel Raspberry Muffins...mmmm)

This was one of those super sucky days. School. Nothing. Homework. Nothing. Anyway, I made this scarf. It's glittery, but you can't really tell from the picture. 

January 9th...

I left the adventurous McGuire house this morning to tackle Interstate 15 with my friend, Dan, and delivered him safely at the U. Unfortunately, he left his wallet in my car...and I had to go back again. But other than that, I cooked. I cooked a lot. I invented a baked pasta thing, and a delicious salad, and I made some pretty good cookies. I am definitely putting more than one picture, because I'm proud of my dinner!

My first main course creation! Yup. All from scratch. I call it Nikole's Baked from Scratch She's Better Than You Pasta. I'm kidding. :)

Sechs Januar

Yes. I made this myself...I know you can't really read it.

I had my first ice skating class today. All we did was listen to a "safety lecture" and then skate around. I don't wanna brag, but...I am not bad.

And so it is the 5th of the 1st month...

I write a lot compared to other project 365ers (mainly Mama), they don't write too little, I just write too much. *shrug* Whatever.
The fifth!
Not the best day of my life. However, my classes today were alright. I'm still ironing out some kinks in my schedule...not looking forward to walking from the very distant parking lot to my classes at 7:30 in morning. I'm considering whipping out the ol' unicycle, but I don't wanna be one of those pretentious "I'm better than you because I can ride a unicycle"kids. However, that's kind of why I learned to ride a unicycle in the first place. Muhahaha. But anyway, I went to school, getted edicated, and then went to Seth's! Hoorah!
Yes, I know, I go there way too often.

January 4. 4. 4.

I went back to school today, the ol' BYU...so great. ugh. Actually, my nutrition class looks like it'll be quite interesting. Maybe I will get ridiculously healthy. Eh? Cool. My religion teacher is...insane. Quotes? Gladly.

I mean, it would be alright if he used a joking tone or something. He's nice though, and he likes what he does and what he teaches...so I guess I can't really complain.
Between my two classes, I hung with my buddies Dan and Seth. Oooh, and Dan and I went to Zupas. Score! But that was good good fun indeed. I like my friends :D.
At seven, I went with my mother, sister, two of my sister's friends, and my sister's future mother-in-law wedding dress shopping. My sister looked SO good. It seemed kind of weird that we could pick a dress for her so quickly, but we did, and it's GORGEOUS.

All this wedding excitement has got me pumped for my wedding! Future husband, I hope you don't mind, but I have begun the planning.
1. Winter wedding & everything that goes with that. Hot chocolate, icicles, beautiful snow pictures, etc.

2. Picked my dress. I'm not kidding about this. I'll wear a different dress in the temple, but this is seriously what I crave in my wedding dress!!!

January THIRD

I did a lot of nothing for a while. But, eventually, Dan and I went to Seth's and were joined by Andrew and Stuart. Then we all went to Denny's for fun, food, and awesomeness...except Seth. He had piano lessons, but he's also a hermit ;). That was a partay! It was almost like the much missed old times. Anyway, then we went back to the McGuire's for videogame fun...except Andrew. He had work the next day, but he also hates fun? I don't even know actually. hmmm...Well anyway, Stuart eventually drifted home as well, then Dan and I played the amazing Mass Effect into the early hours. My character is so hott. Yeah. Two t's.

The 2nd Day of January.

I know. I know. I'm behind already. Mama informed me.
But onto more important things!

These are White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies, and I rather enjoy them. They were a little dry, BUT the dough is like...it's like...it's just really good. These are the cookies in which I learned several important things, most are "no kidding, Sherlock", but still.
1. Oatmeal + Brown sugar = good
    Oatmeal + ONLY white sugar = not that great usually.
2. Less can most certainly mean more.Although I still put a bit too much of the chocolate chips and things.
3. You don't need a lot of ingredients for good dough. These things have...let me see...like six ingredients not
    counting the chocolate and cranberries...because you can put anything in these.
4. The magic ratio. 3/4. I will not explain anymore ;)
Anyway, so I made these and my Mother ate quite the majority. Haha. I gave the rest to my favorite McGuires..which is all of them. Mostly Fergie. (I kid. I kid).

January 1st, 2011!

Okay, so my amazing friend, who I call Mama, has this blog called "Project 365" where she takes one picture a day for a year....I'm stealing that idea ;). However, I'm not really stealing it from her, because this is actually incredibly popular. Anywhoozle, I didn't think about doing this until she posted her first picture, (which I completely applaud her for, because it was from the "polar bear plunge" in which she plunged into icy icy water...insane that woman), so my first picture isn't really from the first day of the NEW YEAR, but it represents what I did pretty well.

My best friends, Seth and Dan, and I watched 300 after the New Year began. It is pretty dang epic!!
